PREVIEW: Caps v Leafs

The Capitals won their first game in 13 days yesterday against the Tampa Bay Lighting. The Capitals got a big 2 points surging themselves back into a playoff spot. Tonight the Capitals will look to win back to back games for the first time since Dec 7th/8th. The Capitals are only 3-4-3 in their last ten. The Maple leafs are in the same boat as the Capitals, they are  4-4-2 in their last 10.

The Capitals look to gain 4 points in two nights and continue their post season push tonight with a win over the struggling Maple leafs. This will be the second meeting of four between these two teams. The Maple Leafs won in a S/O on Nov 21st.

The Capitals will start young Philipp Grubauer (6-2-3 / .931 SV% / 2.27 GAA)  in net tonight. The Leafs will go with Jonathen Bernier (13-13-4 / .926 SV% / 2.25 GAA)
