Monumental Network’s “Two-Man Advantage,” a film segment which is shot and airs on Caps game days, usually stars Caps radio man John Walton and writer Mike Vogel. For an April fools joke this year, Joel Ward replaced Walton and Jason Chimera replaced Vogel. The two linemates filmed a parody of the segment and it is quite hilarious.
The best part of the video, apart from the wigs both guys wore, is when Wardo ran out of things to say and goes “Good morning and good afternoon,” filling into his Walton persona and leaving Chimmer crying of laughter.
It’s great to see these guys have fun. When they have fun, we have fun and it is always a good time. In a time of sad hockey, this is the light in a dark cave.
